Job Description

We are looking for an experienced

Integrations Developer

to design, build, and maintain direct integrations between our platform and leading third-party services such as Zapier, Zoho, Pipedrive, Zendesk, Salesforce, and similar systems. This role focuses on reliable, secure, and scalable API-level integrations that power real customer workflows.

Responsibilities

Design and implement

direct API integrations

with third-party platforms (CRM, helpdesk, automation, and productivity tools) Build and maintain integrations for platforms including Zapier, Zoho, Pipedrive, Zendesk, Salesforce, and others Develop OAuth and token-based authentication flows (OAuth 2.0, API keys, webhooks) Normalize and map data models between external systems and our internal platform Handle rate limits, retries, pagination, error handling, and edge cases Maintain integration documentation for internal and external use Collaborate with product, backend, and frontend teams to support integration requirements Monitor integration health and troubleshoot production issues Version and maintain integrations as third-party APIs evolve
Required Skills & Experience

Strong experience building

REST and/or GraphQL API integrations

Solid understanding of OAuth 2.0, webhooks, and event-driven architectures Experience integrating with CRM and support platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk, Zoho, Pipedrive, etc.) Proficiency in at least one backend language (e.g., Node.js, PHP, Python, or similar) Experience working with JSON, async workflows, queues, and background jobs Strong debugging and problem-solving skills Ability to write clean, maintainable, well-documented code
Nice to Have

Experience building Zapier apps or private Zapier integrations Familiarity with multi-tenant SaaS architectures Experience with rate-limited or high-volume API systems Knowledge of security best practices for third-party integrations Experience working in a fast-moving startup or SaaS environment

Pay: ?75,000.00 - ?90,000.00 per month
