We are seeking an experienced Integration Lead specializing in webMethods and EDI within the logistics domain. This role is pivotal in implementing B2B/EDI transactions and partner onboarding, ensuring efficient design and development processes. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of logistics workflows and have hands-on EDI skills to facilitate reliable and scalable integrations between ERP, WMS, OMS, and external partners. The Integration Lead will also play a crucial role in managing a team of 6 to 7 members, guiding them towards achieving project objectives.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead the integration initiatives involving webMethods and EDI, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
Oversee the design, development, and implementation of B2B/EDI transactions and partner onboarding processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow between ERP, WMS, OMS, and external partners.
Provide production support and troubleshoot integration issues to maintain operational stability.
Mentor and manage a team of integration developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in data integration and logistics workflows.
Continuously evaluate and optimize integration processes to enhance efficiency and reliability.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience as an Integration Lead with expertise in webMethods and EDI, specifically in the logistics domain.
Strong background in B2B integration and software development.
Experience in production support and troubleshooting integration issues.
Familiarity with ERP, WMS, and OMS systems.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Other skills: Knowledge of API management, cloud integration platforms, and experience with Agile methodologies will be considered advantageous.
