Job Description

IBM Integration Lead (ITX): o Overall, 8+ Years of IT experience with majority in IBM integration stack. o 3+ Years of Design, develop, and maintain data transformation solutions using IBM ITX, working with structured and unstructured data to ensure seamless data integration. o Analyze and troubleshoot technical problems, including source code assessments, and provide innovative solutions. o Able to understand client requirements and communicate technical solutions to customers, SMEs and developers. o Should have experience of integration with IBM ITX with any IBM middleware platforms such ACE/IIB, DataPower, Sterling B2B o Lead the design, development, and deployment of integration solutions using IBM ITX, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements. o Utilize the IBM ITX Healthcare Pack to configure and manage transformations for healthcare-specific EDI transactions. o Analyze, map, and transform data for key healthcare EDI transactions, such as 837 (Claims), 834 (Enrollment), 270/271 (Eligibility Inquiry/Response), 276/277 (Claim Status Inquiry/Response), 835 (Remittance Advice) o Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, and other stakeholders to gather integration requirements and translate them into technical solutions. o Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data transformation, mapping, and integration processes. o Ensure compliance with healthcare industry standards such as HIPAA, HL7, and other regulatory requirements. o Knowledge of APIs, web services, and RESTful architecture. o Optimize and enhance existing ITX maps and processes for improved performance and reliability. o Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior developers and team members. o Document technical designs, processes, and best practices for integration solutions. o Should have done integration design/code review as per the standards and best practices
