Job Description

Key Responsibilities Design and implement scalable, cloud-native microservices using NodeJS, MongoDB, and Oracle Cloud (OKE). Lead and mentor engineering teams in SOA and event-driven architecture (EDA) best practices. Architect integration solutions leveraging API Management platforms (preferably Apigee). Establish and enforce secure coding standards, resiliency patterns, and observability frameworks.



Collaborate with product, DevOps, and platform teams to ensure seamless CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments. Identify and address areas of technical debt, optimizing performance and maintainability of existing systems. Introduce tools and frameworks for monitoring, logging, and tracing using platforms like Dynatrace, Grafana, or Prometheus. Participate in architecture reviews, design discussions, and ensure adherence to enterprise standards.



Support cross-functional stakeholders in defining scalable integration strategies aligned with business objectives. Required Skills & Experience 1015 years of total experience, with at least 5+ years in solution architecture or integration leadership roles. Strong hands-on experience with: NodeJS and Express.js frameworks MongoDB and related data modeling Oracle Cloud (OKE) deployment, orchestration, and scaling of microservices Deep understanding of Microservices Architecture, SOA principles, and RESTful API design. Expertise in API management platforms such as Apigee, Kong, or Mulesoft.



Solid experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes). Working knowledge of DevOps pipelines, CI/CD automation, and Git-based workflows. Proven track record in improving application resilience, security, and performance. Familiarity with event-driven patterns, Kafka, or similar message brokers.



Experience with observability tools (e.g., Dynatrace, New Relic, ELK Stack, Prometheus, Grafana). Preferred Qualifications Certification in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) or Kubernetes (CKA/CKAD). Exposure to financial services or payment domain integrations. Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
