Summary: As an Integration Engineer, you will provide consultative Business and System Integration services to assist clients in implementing effective solutions. Your typical day will involve understanding and translating customer needs into actionable business and technology solutions, driving discussions on transformation, and ensuring that both technology and business solutions align with the clients' requirements. You will engage with various stakeholders to facilitate the customer journey and contribute to functional and application designs, ensuring that the solutions provided are comprehensive and effective. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. - Analyze and document business requirements to create effective integration strategies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Apple macOS Management. - Strong understanding of system integration methodologies and best practices. - Experience with troubleshooting and resolving macOS-related issues. - Familiarity with automation tools for macOS management. - Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Apple macOS Management. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
