Summary: As an Integration Engineer, you will provide consultative Business and System Integration services to assist clients in implementing effective solutions. Your typical day will involve understanding and translating customer needs into actionable business and technology solutions. You will drive discussions around transformation, the customer journey, and functional or application designs, ensuring that both technology and business solutions align with the client's requirements. Engaging with various stakeholders, you will facilitate collaboration and foster an environment where innovative solutions can thrive, ultimately enhancing the client experience and driving successful project outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with client expectations. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Node.js. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. - Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development. - Familiarity with database management systems, including SQL and NoSQL. - Experience in implementing microservices architecture. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Node.js. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
