We are seeking a talented and motivated

Integration Engineer

to join our growing team. As an Integration Engineer, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the seamless integration of our software with clients' existing systems and applications. You will work closely with both our internal development teams and clients to ensure a smooth and efficient implementation process.

Job Responsibilities

Implementation:


Implement and configure integrations with low code integration platform based on internal and external API specifications

Data Mapping & Transformation:


Work on data mapping and transformation to ensure accurate data flows between systems, leveraging API endpoints, EDI standards, data connectors, and ETL processes.

Troubleshooting & Support:


Provide support for deployed integrations, identifying and resolving technical issues quickly to minimize downtime and ensure continuity for customers.

Documentation & Process Improvement:


Develop and maintain documentation for integration processes, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures. Identify opportunities to streamline and improve integration processes.

Collaboration:


Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and support teams, to ensure a cohesive integration process. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, facilitating effective communication.

Job Requirements

Experience with iPaaS software such as Axway, Mulesoft Experience with data mapping and transformation to ensure accurate data flows between systems, leveraging API endpoints, EDI standards, data connectors, and ETL processes. Expertise in integration technologies and protocols (e.g., REST, SOAP, XML, JSON). Proficiency with ERP systems, data models, APIs, and business processes. Proficiency in Python Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases is a plus. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Familiarity with SaaS solutions and cloud platforms.
