: Full Stack Developer

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with hands-on experience in both backend and frontend development. The ideal candidate will be proficient in building scalable, high-quality solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and related technologies, while also contributing to design best practices, troubleshooting, and mentoring team members. This role offers the opportunity to work on innovative SaaS/Cloud/Multitenant-based projects, implement AI solutions with Microsoft Copilot/Google Vertex AI, and deliver products that adhere to modern development and CI/CD standards.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient full-stack solutions using modern design patterns Build high-quality applications using Java and Spring Boot frameworks Implement and maintain RESTful APIs for backend/frontend integrations Develop responsive and dynamic Angular (9+) user interfaces Design and optimize database models (MongoDB preferred) and ensure data integrity Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues efficiently Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines on the Google Cloud Platform Utilize AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot,ChatGPT and Google Vertex AI for intelligent development support Participate in code/design reviews to ensure quality, standards, and compliance Mentor junior developers on best practices, debugging, and problem-solving techniques Interpret informal requirements and translate them into actionable technical specifications

Qualifications & Experience

Graduate/Postgraduate in Computer Science (minimum 60% throughout academics) 4+ years of development experience as a Full Stack Programmer Strong expertise in:

o Java, Spring Framework, Spring Boot

o Angular (9+), JavaScript, AJAX, SOA, Web Services

o Object-oriented design, programming, and database modelling

Experience with ORM frameworks such as Hibernate/JPA Hands-on experience with CI/CD, unit testing, and design patterns Familiarity with Tomcat, Docker, and other application containers Database experience with Oracle, SQL, or similar tools Exposure to Agile/SCRUM methodology Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and communication skills Experience in SaaS/Cloud/Multitenant-based projects is a plus AI implementation experience using Microsoft Copilot/ChatgPT/Google Vertex AI is an advantage
