Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Integration Architect for our ISG team with 8 to 10 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in SQL and POS Basics and a good understanding of Customer Analytics. This hybrid role requires working in a day shift with no travel obligations. The candidate will play a crucial role in integrating systems and enhancing customer analytics capabilities.

Responsibilities

Design and implement integration solutions that align with business needs and technical requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and data. Utilize SQL expertise to optimize database performance and ensure data integrity. Develop and maintain integration architecture documentation for reference and training purposes. Analyze and troubleshoot integration issues to ensure timely resolution and minimal impact on operations. Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders on integration best practices. Oversee the integration of POS systems to enhance transaction processing and data accuracy. Work closely with the analytics team to leverage customer data for improved decision-making. Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations in all integration processes. Continuously evaluate and improve integration processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate with vendors and external partners to facilitate smooth integration of third-party solutions. Monitor integration performance and implement improvements to optimize system functionality. Stay updated with the latest integration technologies and trends to drive innovation.
