Role Overview


We are looking for a highly skilled Integration Architect to design and lead enterprise-grade integration solutions across Salesforce, Informatica Cloud, and microservices-based systems. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in cloud integration patterns, event-driven architectures, and API-based ecosystems, enabling seamless data exchange between heterogeneous systems.


Key Responsibilities

Architect and design end-to-end integration solutions leveraging Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS), API Gateway, and event-driven frameworks. Define and implement integration patterns (real-time, batch, event streaming, and hybrid) between Salesforce, on-prem systems, and external applications. Design API-led architectures supporting microservices and event-driven messaging using tools like AWS SNS/SQS, Kafka, or MuleSoft. Collaborate with Salesforce functional and technical teams to align integration strategies with data models and business processes. Lead the transition of legacy integrations to cloud-based and event-driven models ensuring scalability and reliability. Establish integration governance, standards, and best practices for API management, error handling, logging, and performance optimization. Provide technical leadership to developers and integration specialists in delivering high-quality solutions. Conduct architecture reviews and ensure alignment with enterprise integration strategies and security compliance.

Required Skills & Experience

Informatica Cloud (IICS): Strong experience designing and implementing integration mappings, process automation, and API management. Event-Driven Architecture: Experience with Kafka, AWS EventBridge, SQS/SNS, or equivalent platforms. Microservices Integration: Deep understanding of REST, GraphQL, and asynchronous messaging; exposure to containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes). Salesforce Integration: Hands-on with Salesforce APIs (SOAP/REST/Bulk/Streaming), Salesforce Connect, and MuleSoft or middleware-based integrations. API Gateway & Management: Familiarity with API security (OAuth2, JWT, SAML), throttling, and lifecycle management using API Gateway (AWS, Apigee, or similar). Data & Process Integration: Knowledge of ETL, ELT, data pipelines, and orchestration using Informatica and cloud-native tools. Cloud Experience: Exposure to AWS or Azure integration services. Tools & Languages: Proficiency with JSON, XML, Java/Python scripting for integrations and automation.
Qualifikationen
Preferred Qualifications

Certification in Informatica Cloud (IICS) and/or Salesforce Integration Architecture Designer. Experience implementing event-driven microservices in large-scale enterprise ecosystems. Exposure to CI/CD pipelines for integration delivery and DevOps tools (GitLab, Jenkins, Terraform). Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with a proven ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Soft Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset. Excellent collaboration skills across business, application, and infrastructure teams. Ability to document and communicate architectural decisions clearly. Mentorship and guidance for integration developers and data engineers.

Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar qualification and relevant work experience
