Job Description

Design and lead the integration architecture for Mashreq Bank's migration to a higher version

of Oracle Flexcube. Ensure seamless connectivity between Flexcube and peripheral

systems, compliance with regulatory standards, and delivery of a secure, scalable, and high-

performing integration landscape.



Key Responsibilities

? Define and implement end-to-end integration architecture for Flexcube upgrade projects.

? Design APIs, middleware, and data flows for real-time and batch integrations across

multiple banking systems.

? Collaborate with business, operations, and technology teams to capture integration

requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

? Ensure compliance with banking security standards, regulatory guidelines, and

governance frameworks.

? Oversee integration testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization during SIT,

UAT, and production cutover.

? Provide technical leadership and mentor integration engineers; manage vendor

deliverables.

? Support data migration activities and ensure integration readiness for cutover.

? Maintain comprehensive documentation for architecture, design, and operational

procedures.



Skills 366 Experience

? 12-15 years of experience in integration architecture within banking or financial services.

? Strong expertise in Oracle Flexcube and its integration frameworks.

? Hands-on experience with API management, ESB, middleware tools (e.g., Oracle SOA,

MuleSoft).



? Knowledge of cloud integration patterns, security protocols and high availability

architecture.

? Proven ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and deliver complex integration

programs.

? Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.



Preferred Qualifications / Experience

? Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering / Master's in Computer Applications

? Experience in core banking transformation programs.

? Familiarity with regulatory compliance in UAE banking.

? Certifications in Oracle Flexcube, Integration Architecture, or Cloud Technologies.
