Marketing Communications (Marcom) is the creatively-led global team that oversees Apple's consumer facing marketing. We ensure the flawless development and execution of world-class communications across all platforms. Every day, hundreds of millions of Apple customers around the world interact with our products. We drive the strategy and creative work that provide both new and existing customers with simple, engaging and inspiring marketing experiences. The India team develops and manages compelling marketing communication efforts that support Apple's rapid growth in this region. We are seeking an experienced Integrated Project Manager who will report into the India Marcom Operations Manager. This role will spearhead the delivery organisation within Marcom India and play a pivotal role in bringing ideas to life.

Description

As Integrated Project Manager, you will be driving multiple creative projects, from initial concept to final delivery. This includes managing projects across film, content, print, digital and social media, supporting creative excellence throughout ideation, presentation, and production. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of creative excellence.

Responsibilities

This role will co-ordinate cross-functionally and collaborate closely with internal and agency partners, supporting the strategic, creative, and production goals of our brand and functional teams. Elevate the creative, be innovative in supporting the ideation, sell-in and production processes, enabling great ideas to thrive. Be the first point of contact for incoming creative and production projects and partner with India Operations Manager for assigning creative and integrated project management resources. Develop a network of freelancers, creative agencies, production vendors to enhance India's creative capabilities and / or production to execute all types of projects to the highest standards with the greatest efficiency possible. Drives pre-production alignment, collate the asset production plan, ensuring the plans align to deadlines and annual / quarterly budget plans. Have a holistic view of the project status and be accountable for timely creative approvals, production and delivery. Continuously strive to improve on the delivery process and contribute towards building a delivery focused organisation.

Minimum Qualifications

12+ years of integrated project management experience within a creative agency, in-house agency, or production company. Strong knowledge in asset production processes across film, social, photography, CG, print, and digital. Experience in the cross-functional delivery of creative initiatives including strong project management skills across large-scale marketing initiatives. Strong working relationships within the creative and production community and an in-depth knowledge of working across the creative and production life cycle.

Strong marketing communications expertise at both a strategic and executional level. Excellent project and time management skills, with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities. Deep cultural curiosity and connectedness, including extraordinary communication and negotiation skills. Demonstrated ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations, applying common sense and a respectful approach. Highly organised and skilled at guiding multi-disciplinary teams. A proactive and enthusiastic approach to complex problems, with a solutions-oriented attitude. Ability to work in a dynamic and highly matrixed organisation.
