be the subject matter expert in all team activities and support teams and peripheral stakeholders
project Management activities - assisting with end to end support around TLCS initiatives including conducting initial impact analysis, tracking for deliverables and following up with management and TLCS staff
take ownership of tracking, updating issue and action logs

While based full time in Hyderabad / Pune, you will be working in a global team responsible for functions supporting Trade & Lifecycle Controlling Services. In our collaborative culture, the team works closely with a number of other teams to ensure UBS's obligations are met. You would be interacting with different groups including Front Office (Traders, Sales & Business managers), Finance Controllers, Settlements, Confirmation, Different IT groups, etc. As part of this exciting team, you will have the opportunity to work in an environment where change is an everyday event and excellence is our goal. As a line manager you will be responsible to manage team along with daily BAU, and your primary role consists of ensuring team performance and people management.
Your expertise
You have
minimum Bachelor degree and min 10 years of experience (Same level 1 to 2 years of Experience including team mgnt in current role)
detail understanding of financial market / products (FX, Bonds, SPV, Rates and/or Credit)
experience in market data systems and external execution platforms like DTCC & Markitwire would be an advantage.
experience in managing a team and coaching/ motivating others
experience in operational risk and controls/ operation/ regulatory transaction reporting in the financial service industry would be required
ability to face-off various stakeholders in different regions
ability to drive agendas forward, project management experience a plus
previous experience in a Banking Operation environment or transaction processing business would be preferable
excellent Microsoft Office skills would be preferred
knowledge on Robotics (Automation Anywhere, Cognitive solution,.etc) would be preferred
maintained key performance indicators to meet service level agreements along with track record of delivery
