You will be part of our Integrated Logistics team, adding your leadership expertise + skills to the delivery of Customer + Operational Excellence.

How you create impact

You are responsible to head and manage LCC customer(s) operations whilst meeting customer's Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and productivity improvement :

To ensure the smooth implementation of new business and deliverable of KPI's for respective project in LCC To manage the existing business within the LCC in a controlled commercial and operational environment To strive to continually improve the operational performance of the LCC through productivity improvement both to maximize gain share opportunities and to ensure customer excellence To work with the development and implementation teams to ensure that there is a structured plan for the introduction of new business To work with the business manager and the new clients to ensure that everyone involved in the business is aware of their responsibilities To Demonstrate the capabilities of the LCC to both internal and external visitors To always uphold the concept of the LCC as a showcase for what we do within IL

What we would like you to bring

A bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field Minimum 10 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably within the freight industry Must have experience in both Air and Ocean freight operations At least 5 years of managerial experience Oversee logistics projects and ensure timely delivery Develop operational strategies to improve efficiency and meet business goals
