Ownership of global operational processes as defined in the contract, SLA, SOP, and BRD, ensuring that operational teams worldwide are fully onboarded and compliant with the agreed procedures. Responsible for securing adherence to SOPs and achieving operational performance in line with agreed KPI targets. Creates value for the customer through operational expertise and knowledge, leveraging efficient collaboration with teams responsible for performance, continuous improvement, and process and solution design.
How you create impact
SOP development / adherence

• Develop and maintain SOPs in alignment with customer and business requirements
• Onboard global operational teams to processes and system configurations
• Ensure smooth stabilization post-go-live and transition into BAU

Global Performance

• Deliver Control Tower services per SLA, SOP, and new business requirements
• Build strong collaboration between business management and operations for operational excellence
• Track and deliver on customer KPIs; initiate projects beyond standard scope
• Serve as escalation point for customer concerns
• Identify improvement areas, root causes, and preventive actions

Global Control Tower operational value creation

• Drive process standardization and productivity improvements with Business Manager, Customer, and Control Tower Management
• Implement digital tools (ControLOG) fully into operations
• Collaborate cross-functionally to create customer value

Global Control Tower resource planning and emergency management

• Plan global Control Tower resources based on forecast and seasonality
• Ensure business contingency plans are in place, including backup capacities and peak volume management
• Support emergency situations related to Control Tower capacity

Regular operational performance reviews (MBRs / QBRs / ABRs)

• Conduct and prepare regular performance reviews
• Run internal operational steering committee meetings

What we would like you to bring

• Proven experience in all transportation modes
• Proven track record in logistics operations (min. 5 years)
• Proven experience in supply chain optimization and operational performance improvement
• Proven experience in risk management and emergency handling
• Proven experience of cross regional or global collaboration in multinational environment
