You will be part of our Integrated Logistics team, adding your expertise + skills to the delivery of our Customer + Operational Excellence.


Your primary objective will be to ensure seamless operations across the agreed scope with customers, in alignment with our retention + growth strategy.

How you create impact

To be the single contact point for our customers, service providers + local/overseas stakeholders. To ensure the delivery of agreed service level for our customer through your operational leadership. To lead our third party (3PL) operations + other service providers involved in the entire logistics chain, contributing towards customers' supply chain objectives. To monitor performance trends + provide operational action plans in alignment with stakeholders. To support 3PL procurement for new opportunities, onboarding of suppliers/logistics service providers (LSP) for new businesses implementation + work closely with different teams to test IT platforms. To oversee all system updates within agreed service level agreements+ work closely with control towers to ensure seamless planning + execution. To support the driving of continuous improvement initiatives to improve supply chain performance + cost to serve. To define the standard operating procedures (SOP) + guidelines for the operations team to work with.

What we would like you to bring

5+ years of experience in end-to-end logistics operations, supply chain management, or 4PL management. Proven experience in managing customer operations, service level agreements (SLAs), and stakeholder engagement. Strong knowledge of 4PL operations, procurement, and supplier onboarding. Demonstrated ability to lead continuous improvement initiatives, process standardization, and cost optimization. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and performance monitoring skills. Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership abilities to manage cross-functional teams. Ability to define and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and operational guidelines.
