You will be part of our Integrated Logistics team, adding your expertise + skills to the delivery of our Customer + Operational Excellence.
Your primary objective will be to ensure seamless operations across the agreed scope with customers, in alignment with our retention + growth strategy.
How you create impact

• To be the single contact point for our customers, service providers + local/overseas stakeholders.
• To ensure the delivery of agreed service level for our customer through your operational leadership.
• To lead our third party (3PL) operations + other service providers involved in the entire logistics chain, contributing towards customers' supply chain objectives.
• To monitor performance trends + provide operational action plans in alignment with stakeholders.
• To support 3PL procurement for new opportunities, onboarding of suppliers/logistics service providers (LSP) for new businesses implementation + work closely with different teams to test IT platforms.
• To oversee all system updates within agreed service level agreements+ work closely with control towers to ensure seamless planning + execution.
• To support the driving of continuous improvement initiatives to improve supply chain performance + cost to serve.
• To define the standard operating procedures (SOP) + guidelines for the operations team to work with.

What we would like you to bring

• 5+ years of experience in end-to-end logistics operations, supply chain management, or 4PL management.
• Proven experience in managing customer operations, service level agreements (SLAs), and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong knowledge of 4PL operations, procurement, and supplier onboarding.
• Demonstrated ability to lead continuous improvement initiatives, process standardization, and cost optimization.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and performance monitoring skills.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership abilities to manage cross-functional teams.
• Ability to define and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and operational guidelines.
