The Core Product Engineer plays a crucial role in the development of new Digital Capabilities for ourcustomers. This position is responsible for defining processes for Operations and requirements for Digital Solutions. With strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving, the Engineers collaborates with customers, Operations and technical team members to deliver highly efficient and effective services for our customers and to provide state of the art digital solutions to customers and operations.


In our agile, product-oriented software development organization, the Core Product Engineer plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical implementation. Their responsibilities are adapted to support agile principles, cross-functional teams, and continuous delivery.

How you create impact

Requirements & Stakeholders: Gather, refine, and document business requirements; align stakeholders through workshops and feedback sessions. Analysis & Insights: Analyze processes and data flows; identify improvement opportunities; provide data-driven recommendations. Agile Collaboration: Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand-ups, and retrospectives; ensure user stories are well-defined. Validation & Testing: Define test criteria, support UAT, and manage bugs/change requests. Documentation: Maintain clear records of processes, decisions, and user materials. Continuous Improvement: Foster agile values, remove blockers, and iterate on processes. Product Strategy: Contribute to vision, roadmap, market analysis, and feature prioritization.

What we would like you to bring

Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience. Demonstrated experience in process analysis and optimization. Strong understanding of Customer Service processes, software, and tools. Hands-on experience with Customer Service tools such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, and ServiceNow. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical and operational concepts clearly. Proven experience in leading client workshops and coordinating activities across multiple teams.
