Role: HR Business Partner - R&D
Designation: Manager / Sr. Manager
Location: Matoda, Ahmedabad
Education Qualification: MBA in HR
Experience: 10 - 15 years' experience
1. Responsible for talent acquisition, including campus hiring, of all positions in R&D in line with Organizational needs and effectively monitor them for faster turnaround
2. Identify control and manage cost effective methodologies for critical and senior sourcing
3. Deliver as per management requirement and metrics set for talent acquisition
4. Ensure smooth Induction and On boarding of all new joiners
5. To drive in the KRA management process for all people managers and stakeholders for R&D
6. Maintaining and generating MIS for the functions responsible
7. Lead for all corporate HR interventions specific to R&D 1 & 2 with respect to TA and talent management
8. Responsible for Talent Management for R&D - To design and participate in ongoing and proposed OD interventions suggested or taken up by corporate for employee development along with structured training and development
9. To participate in compensation surveys for salary and compensation benchmarking as and when required
10. To effectively carry out surveys to gauge employee satisfaction and thereby design intervention for ensuring retention of talent
11. To ensure Organogram and JD are updated and maintained as per respective SOP
12. Effectively participate in various in house and external audits
13. To drive employee engagement activities at Matoda for R&D
14. Contribute to HR IT - automation projects and SAP SuccessFactors implementation
