Conduct structured, empathetic client interviews to gather case details (incident, injuries, insurance).
Secure client documentation (e.g., signed HIPAA authorizations, contracts).
Log data into the client's CRM with 100% accuracy and professionalism.
Set up cases with attorneys and handle follow-up checklists.
Extract, rename, and organize case files into respective case folders.
Mandatory Qualifications
Experience:
Minimum
1+ year in a BPO/KPO environment
supporting U.S. legal, insurance, or healthcare processes.
Communication:
Exceptional verbal and written English fluency
is mandatory.

Must be fully committed to the
Onsite US Shift (Monday - Friday)
schedule.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree
