Job Description

Operations & Process Management



Manage the

entire student application lifecycle

, including counseling support, admissions, documentation, scholarships, and visa applications. Oversee and standardize

processes for applications

to universities in the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and EU regions. Ensure compliance with university, embassy, and immigration regulations. Develop, document, and continuously improve SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for efficiency. Monitor timelines to ensure students receive timely updates and guidance at each stage.

Team Leadership & Training



Lead and supervise the

counseling, applications, and visa teams

. Coach and train staff on new admission trends, country-specific requirements, and compliance updates. Conduct regular knowledge-sharing sessions to keep the team updated on policies and university guidelines. Foster a student-centric culture within the operations team.

Student Support & Services



Provide escalated support to students and parents for complex cases. Oversee

counseling quality

, ensuring students are provided with accurate guidance for course, university, and career selection. Ensure pre-departure orientation and student success support services are effectively delivered.

Stakeholder Management



Liaise with universities, agencies, and other partners to ensure smooth application and admission processes. Collaborate with internal sales/counseling teams to ensure operational alignment with student recruitment goals. Maintain effective relationships with embassy officials, third-party vendors, and training providers.

Performance & Compliance



Track and report KPIs related to student applications, visa success rates, timelines, and overall operational performance. Ensure strict compliance with data protection laws and regulations across all processes. Maintain a strong record on visa approvals and student satisfaction scores.

Key Requirements



Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferably in Education, Management, International Relations, or related fields).

5-8 years of experience

in study abroad operations, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role. Strong understanding of international

admissions, application documentation, and visa filing procedures

across the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and EU. Demonstrated experience in counseling, student handling, and case resolution. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders under strict deadlines. Strong leadership skills with proven ability to mentor and motivate teams. Proficiency in CRM/education ERP systems will be an advantage.
