Stakeholder Management

Maintain effective relationships with embassy officials, third-party vendors, and training providers.
Performance & Compliance
Track and report KPIs related to student applications, visa success rates, timelines, and overall operational performance.

Maintain a strong record on visa approvals and student satisfaction scores.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferably in Education, Management, International Relations, or related fields).
5-8 years of experience
in study abroad operations, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role.
Strong understanding of international
admissions, application documentation, and visa filing procedures
across the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and EU.
Demonstrated experience in counseling, student handling, and case resolution.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders under strict deadlines.
Strong leadership skills with proven ability to mentor and motivate teams.
Proficiency in CRM/education ERP systems will be an advantage.
