Key Responsibilities:
Recruit & Onboard Agents:
Source, screen, and appoint high-potential agents, distributors, and partners for the business.
Training & Development:
Conduct regular training sessions on products, sales strategies, prospecting techniques, and compliance guidelines to enhance agent effectiveness.
Performance Management:
Track KPIs, daily activities, and productivity metrics. Provide guidance and corrective measures when needed to ensure target achievement.
Relationship Building:
Maintain strong, long-term relationships with agents to ensure continuous engagement, motivation, and retention.
Business Growth Execution:
Implement sales expansion strategies, identify new market opportunities, and support agents in increasing customer acquisition and revenue.
Field Support:
Accompany agents on customer visits when required, help in deal closures, and provide real-time coaching on the field.
Reporting & Analysis:
Prepare performance reports, identify improvement gaps, and share insights with management to drive better results.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1-3 years of experience in sales, channel development, agency recruitment, or B2B marketing.
Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Ability to motivate teams and guide them toward achieving business goals.
Target-focused, disciplined, and passionate about sales growth.
Good understanding of sales metrics, market activities, and customer behaviour.
