JOB PROFILE :

We are seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as

Part-Time Insurance Wealth Managers

under our Wider Insurance Network initiative from. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build a career in the insurance and wealth management sector while enjoying flexible working hours plus insentive based compensation.

As a Insurance Wealth Managers Associate, you will be responsible for promoting and selling life insurance products, building client relationships, and contributing to market expansion through wider distribution.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

Age:

18 to 60 years

Minimum Qualification:

10th Pass

Valid PAN Card

Valid Aadhaar Card

Active Bank Account

SKILLS REQUIRED:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Sales and persuasion abilities Customer relationship management Basic understanding of insurance and financial products Self-motivated and target-oriented Ability to work independently Basic computer literacy Proficiency in local/regional language preferred

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Identify and approach potential customers for life insurance products Explain insurance policies, benefits, and features to prospective clients Generate leads and convert them into sales Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and provide post-sales service Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets as assigned Complete mandatory training programs Comply with company policies, code of conduct, and regulatory requirements Maintain accurate records and documentation in the Siddhi system Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required Stay updated on new products, market trends, and industry developments

ADDITIONAL CANDIDATE PREFERENCES:

Experience:

Freshers are welcome; prior experience in sales, insurance, or financial services is an advantage

Professional Background:

Candidates with experience in customer-facing roles, direct sales, or financial advisory will be preferred

Educational Background:

Graduates or those with higher education in Commerce, Business, or related fields preferred but not mandatory

Location:

Candidates should be willing to work in their designated territory/branch area

Availability:

Should be able to dedicate minimum working hours as per business requirements

Integrity:

Candidates with a clean professional record; no prior terminations or disciplinary actions

ESIC & UAN Details:

If previously employed, candidates should provide ESIC and UAN numbers
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No less than 4 per week
