Health Insurance, Motor Insurance, Travel Insurance, Property Insurance, and Life Insurance

We are expanding our

Underwriting & Operations Team

in Kochi and are hiring a

Junior Underwriter

to support our insurance processing and risk evaluation functions.

Key Responsibilities

Review and assess

insurance proposals

for Motor, Health, and General Insurance. Analyze

risk factors

and supporting documents to assist in accurate underwriting decisions. Coordinate with

insurance companies, sales teams, and processing executives

for quotations and approvals. Support in

policy issuance, renewals, endorsements, and related documentation

. Maintain accurate

underwriting data, reports, and MIS

on a regular basis. Ensure smooth workflow between underwriting, sales, and processing teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in

Engineering,

Insurance, Risk Management, Finance, or Business Administration

.

1-4 years

of experience in underwriting, insurance operations, or claims. Knowledge of

Motor, Health, and General Insurance

products. Proficiency in

MS Office / Excel

and experience using

CRM or ERP tools (like Odoo)

. Excellent communication and coordination skills. High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
