Domestic Outbound Insurance process

involving

Health and Motor Insurance

at our

Pune (Kharadi)

location.

This requirement is

strictly for candidates from an insurance sales background

who have

hands-on experience in selling insurance policies

.

Any Graduate

Minimum

6 months of experience in Insurance Sales

Mandatory experience in

selling Health, Life, or Motor Insurance policies

Experience in

Outbound Voice Sales (Domestic process)

Excellent communication skills in

English and Hindi

No MTI / RTI No grammatical or pronunciation errors

(Freshers are NOT eligible)

(Pure customer service / non-sales profiles are NOT eligible)

Role & Responsibilities

Contact and advise interested leads on suitable

insurance products

Explain policy features, benefits, and coverage clearly Close sales and achieve assigned targets Maintain accurate call and customer records Work on

Outbound Insurance Sales (LOB)

Salary & Incentives

CTC:

Up to

?40,000 per month

(based on last drawn salary)

Incentives:

Uncapped, performance-based

Rotational Females: Day shift up to 8:00 PM Males: Rotational shifts
