Job Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic and dynamic Insurance Telecalling Executives to join our team in Koyambedu, Chennai. The role involves reaching out to potential customers, explaining insurance products and services, and generating leads to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote insurance products.
• Understand customer needs and suggest appropriate insurance plans.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through effective communication.
• Provide accurate and complete information about insurance policies and their benefits.
• Address customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
• Follow up with interested customers and ensure successful conversions.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales and call targets.

Skills and Requirements:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in Tamil and English (additional languages are a plus).
• Basic knowledge of insurance products (training will be provided).
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle objections and remain professional under pressure.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in using computers and CRM tools.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
