Insurance Telecaller

0-2 years (Both fresher's and experience can apply)

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote various insurance policies

2. Provide information about insurance plans, benefits, premiums and policy terms

3. Answer customer queries and help them understand the details of different insurance options

4. Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into actual sales or appointments

5. Schedule consultations or meetings for customers with insurance agents

Requirements:

1. Proficient in communication and interpersonal skills

2. Record keeping skills

3. Verbal communication

4. Data entry skills

Job Type:

Full-time

Pay: 10,000- 12,000 per month
