Job Title: Insurance Team Leader [ Trainer]

Location: Udaipur, Rajasthan

Experience: 2-3 years in the Insurance domain, with a focus on Motor, Life and health insurance.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, plan, and deliver training sessions on Motor, Life, and Health Insurance products and processes.

Create training materials such as manuals, presentations, and quizzes to support learning objectives.

Conduct assessments and provide feedback to trainees on their progress and development.

Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and suggest improvements as needed.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends, regulations, and products to ensure training content is current and relevant.

Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and design customized programs.

Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to employees as required.

Maintain records of training activities and employee performance.

Ensure all training sessions meet company standards and align with business objectives.

Required Skills:

Experience in training, coaching, or mentoring teams in the insurance industry.

Strong understanding of insurance products, processes, and regulatory frameworks.

Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and engaging manner.

Salary 2 Lac 25 Thousand To 3 Lac P.A.
