Role Title: Insurance Support Specialist II
Position Summary:
This position is responsible for executing insurance product and service delivery support. This is the first of two levels within this job family. The Insurance Support Specialist I handles various tasks on small to medium-size global accounts with increasing complexity requiring technical knowledge of systems and procedures, under direct supervision. The role contributes to the full lifecycle for processing of new business, renewals and mid-term changes. Performs various insurance product and service delivery support under supervision and direction in order to ensure timely delivery of quality products to new and existing clients. All activities are in support of and at the direction of the authorized individual(s) within FM licensed territories. Supports the WorldReach Partner policy cycle when applicable. In addition, this position provides good quality customer service for internal and external client needs and adheres to quality and timeliness objectives.
