Erode Medical Centre is looking for a
dedicated and knowledgeable Insurance Staff
to manage and coordinate all hospital insurance-related activities. The candidate should have experience in handling
CM Insurance and Private Insurance
processes efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle all insurance-related documentation and approvals (CM Insurance & Private Insurance).
Coordinate with insurance companies, TPA, and patients for claim settlements.
Verify patient eligibility and ensure timely submission of pre-authorization and claim documents.
Maintain accurate records of insurance claims and payments.
Assist patients in understanding insurance coverage and processes.
Work closely with billing and accounts departments for smooth operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
Good knowledge of
Chief Minister's Insurance (CM Insurance)
and
Private Insurance
procedures.
Minimum 1 year of experience in hospital insurance/billing preferred.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Hospital Management System).
Salary:
Commensurate with experience and qualifications.
