About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled

US Insurance Specialist

with in-depth knowledge of United States insurance products, including

home, auto, medical, and pet insurance

. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling policies, claims, renewals, compliance, and client support for the US insurance market.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and support insurance processes related to US-based policies (home, auto, medical, pet). Assist with policy issuance, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations. Handle claims processing, documentation, and coordination with stakeholders. Ensure compliance with US insurance regulations and internal quality standards. Communicate effectively with clients, brokers, and insurance carriers. Provide accurate data management and maintain client records in systems. Stay updated with US insurance industry trends, guidelines, and best practices. Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth process delivery.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (insurance/finance background preferred). Minimum

3 years of experience in US Insurance domain

(property, auto, medical, pet). Strong understanding of insurance terminologies, policy structures, and claim processes. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) to interact with US clients. Proficiency in MS Office and insurance-related CRM tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
