We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Insurance Advisors. This role is ideal for individuals looking to start or further their career in the insurance sector. As an Insurance Advisor, you will be responsible for selling insurance products, building relationships with clients, and helping them choose the best insurance solutions to meet their needs. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Advise clients on insurance products based on their needs and preferences. Generate leads and build a solid customer base through referrals and networking. Assist clients in completing applications and policy renewals. Provide excellent customer service by addressing queries and resolving issues promptly. Meet sales targets and ensure business growth by maintaining long-term relationships with clients. Keep up to date with insurance products and industry developments. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Requirements:

Age: 18-32 years. Freshers and experienced candidates are both welcome to apply. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A self-motivated individual with a positive attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet browsing. Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not required. Insurance certification (if any) is a bonus but not mandatory.
