About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused
Life Insurance (ULIP) Specialist
to join our team. The role involves understanding clients' financial goals and protection needs, offering suitable life insurance solutions, and ensuring excellent client service throughout the policy lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and assess clients' life insurance and financial protection needs.
Recommend suitable life insurance plans (term investment-linked) aligned with clients' goals and risk profiles.
Generate new business through leads, referrals, and networking.
Conduct financial needs analysis and present customized insurance solutions.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing continuous policy servicing and annual reviews.
Ensure all documentation and policy applications are completed accurately and in compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
Build a distribution team, alliances and partnerships
Keep abreast of industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory updates.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company's growth objectives.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
2-10 years of experience in life insurance sales or financial advisory.
Strong understanding of life insurance products, investment-linked plans, and financial planning principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first approach.
Ability to analyze client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Proficient in CRM systems and MS Office tools.
(Preferred) Certification in financial advisory or insurance (e.g., IRDAI License).
(Optional) Understanding of
Islamic finance principles
and Takaful-based life insurance models.
