Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development
Drive insurance premium targets through active engagement with RMs and Partners.
Identify and convert opportunities across Health, Term, Savings, Pension, and ULIP products.
Focus on health insurance activation and penetration among existing partner networks
2. Sales Enablement & Partner Support
Conduct product training sessions, sales pitches, and objection-handling workshops for RMs and Partners.
Support RMs in client meetings and joint calls to close business.
Share and promote usage of sales tools, calculators, and Wealthy App/Dashboard features.
3. Process & Execution
Manage the end-to-end sales process including lead generation, proposal, login, issuance, and post-sales service.
Ensure proper documentation and adherence to compliance guidelines.
Track and report branch-level insurance performance via CRM and MIS tools.
4. Market & Product Knowledge
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes.
Provide feedback to product and operations teams to improve offerings and service experience.
Key Skills & Competencie
Proven sales track record in Health or Life Insurance (Health preferred).
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to influence and motivate teams without direct reporting authority.
Process-oriented with good understanding of CRM tools and sales tracking.
High ownership mindset with ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Experience & Qualifications
3-6 years of relevant sales experience in Health or Life Insurance.
Graduate degree (MBA preferred, but not mandatory).
Prior exposure to B2B2C distribution models will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹13,732.72 - ₹30,182.52 per month
