Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new leads through calls, referrals, field visits, and digital platforms
Explain insurance products (Life, Health, Motor, General Insurance) to customers
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable insurance plans
Close sales and achieve monthly and quarterly targets
Maintain customer records and follow up for renewals and policy servicing
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Handle customer queries related to policies, claims, and documentation
Coordinate with internal teams for policy issuance and claim support
Stay updated with insurance products, market trends, and regulatory norms
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (MBA / Finance preferred)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
Customer-focused approach
Basic knowledge of insurance products (training can be provided)
Ability to work independently and in a target-driven environment
Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools is an added advantage
