Key Responsibilities
Lead daily field sales operations and ensure target achievement.
Recruit, train, and guide the field sales team.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
Develop market strategies to improve business in Rajkot.
Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports.
Conduct field visits to support team members and close deals.
Identify new markets and opportunities for business growth.
Candidate Requirements
1+ years
of field sales experience is mandatory.
Experience in
Insurance / BFSI / Banking / Telecom / FMCG
preferred.
Strong ability to manage a sales team and deliver targets.
Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
Must be a graduate
