Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Insurance Advisors and Relationship Managers Drive

immediate revenue generation

across Life, Health, and General Insurance Execute daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets with discipline Recruit, train, and activate productive sales teams Conduct field-level sales planning and joint calls Ensure compliance with IRDAI guidelines and company policies Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and insurers Track performance metrics and optimize conversion ratios

What We Are Looking For

Proven

track record of revenue generation from Day 1

Strong experience in

team handling and scaling sales operations

Deep knowledge of insurance products (Life, Health, General) High ownership mindset with strong decision-making ability Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills Comfortable with targets, pressure, and performance-based culture
