About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Insurance Sales Manager
to lead and grow our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance sales, proven leadership skills, and the ability to drive revenue growth through effective team management and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and manage the insurance sales team to achieve business targets.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and ensure strong market presence.
Recruit, train, and mentor sales executives to enhance team performance.
Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Ensure compliance with company policies, sales procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
Track sales metrics, prepare reports, and present performance updates to senior management.
Drive customer satisfaction through exceptional service and support.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum
3 years of experience in insurance sales
(Life, Health, or General Insurance).
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
In-depth knowledge of insurance products, market trends, and sales techniques.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field (preferred).
