We are seeking a driven and target-oriented Insurance Sales Manager to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, building relationships with clients, explaining insurance products, and achieving sales targets through effective field and tele sales activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new leads through market visits, referrals, and networking.
Engage with potential customers to understand their insurance needs.
Present and explain various insurance products (life/health/general as applicable) to clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for long-term business.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare and submit daily call reports and sales activity reports to the manager.
Follow up with clients for renewals and cross-sell/up-sell additional products.
Stay updated on product features, industry trends, and compliance requirements.
Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory).
1+ Years of experience in sales in any sector.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
