Salary:

60K-80K + Incentives

Roles & Responsibilities:

Sell and manage Motor, Life, Health, & General Insurance products through multiple insurers

Develop business via Direct, Corporate, SME, Retail & Referral channels

Coordinate with insurance company partners for quotes, underwriting & closures

Achieve premium, policy count & revenue targets

Cross-sell & upsell suitable products to clients

Ensure correct documentation and smooth policy issuance

Handle renewals, endorsements & customer escalations

Ensure compliance with IRDAI (Broker) regulations

Maintain MIS, sales pipeline & performance reports

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of multi-insurer products & pricing

Experience in insurance broking environment

Corporate & retail client handling skills

Negotiation, relationship management & closing skills

Team leadership and channel management

Ability to compare products and provide best-fit solutions

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
