Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets.
Identify new business opportunities across individual and group insurance segments.
Drive cross-selling and upselling initiatives to existing clients.
Team Management
Recruit, train, and lead a team of insurance sales executives and agents.
Monitor team performance and provide coaching for continuous improvement.
Set daily/weekly sales goals and ensure achievement through structured follow-ups.
Client Relationship Management
Build strong relationships with key clients and channel partners.
Address client queries related to policies, claims, and premium structures.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and insurance planning sessions.
Process & Compliance Oversight
Ensure adherence to IRDAI regulations and internal audit standards.
Oversee policy issuance, renewals, endorsements, and claim coordination.
Maintain up-to-date documentation and MIS for internal reporting.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
Stay informed on product changes, competitor offerings, and industry trends.
Provide sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
Skills & Competencies:
Proven experience in leading insurance sales teams and achieving revenue targets.
Sound knowledge of life/general insurance products and IRDAI compliance.
Strong leadership, motivational, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Proficiency in CRM software, insurance platforms, and MS Office Suite.
Customer-focused with high integrity and result orientation

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
