Job Title: Insurance Sales Manager Location: Connaught Place, New Delhi Salary: ?3.25 LPA - ?4.25 LPA : We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Insurance Sales Manager to lead and manage our sales team at Connaught Place, New Delhi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving insurance sales, developing sales strategies, and achieving business targets. Key Responsibilities: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of insurance sales executives Drive sales of life/general insurance products through field and office-based activities Set monthly and quarterly sales targets and ensure achievement Recruit, train, and mentor new sales team members Develop sales strategies to increase market penetration Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners Monitor sales performance and prepare regular MIS reports Ensure compliance with company policies and IRDAI guidelines Eligibility Criteria: Graduation in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred) Minimum 2-5 years of experience in insurance sales, with team handling experience Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills Target-driven and result-oriented mindset Knowledge of insurance products and local market dynamics Perks & Benefits: Fixed salary plus performance-based incentives Career growth opportunities
