About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals to join our growing insurance team as Insurance Sales Managers. Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell insurance products (life, health, etc.) to customers
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Participate in training and skill development programs
Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and sales

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Basic knowledge of MS Office is a plus
