Join Our Dynamic U.S. Insurance Sales Team!
Are you a driven communicator with a passion for sales and customer success? We're looking for a motivated Insurance Sales Executive to join our U.S. process team. In this role, you'll connect with U.S.-based customers, promote commercial insurance products, and deliver exceptional service while meeting monthly sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with U.S. customers via calls and digital platforms. Promote and sell commercial insurance products based on customer needs. Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable policies. Handle objections effectively and close sales within timelines. Maintain accurate CRM records and documentation. Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Requirements:

Excellent English communication skills. Minimum 6 months of experience in commercial insurance sales (Mandatory). Prior experience in a U.S. voice process or international BPO preferred. Strong sales, negotiation, and customer-handling abilities. Basic computer proficiency (CRM, MS Office, calling tools).

Work Schedule:

Night shift (U.S. hours) 5 days working
