Key Responsibilities:
Contact U.S. customers through calls and digital channels.
Promote and sell commercial insurance products based on customer needs.
Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable policies.
Handle objections and close sales within set timelines.
Maintain accurate CRM updates and documentation.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
Excellent English communication skills.
Minimum 6 months of experience in commercial insurance sales
(Mandatory).
Experience in a U.S. voice process or international BPO preferred.
Strong sales, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Office, calling tools).
