Key Responsibilities:

Lead, motivate, and manage a team of insurance sales executives/agents. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets. Generate new leads and expand the customer base through networking and referrals. Provide guidance and training to sales team members on insurance products and sales techniques. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to maximize renewals and cross-selling opportunities. Monitor sales performance, track metrics, and prepare regular reports for management. Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and company policies. Attend meetings, presentations, and product training sessions as required.

Eligibility Criteria:

Education:

Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor's degree or equivalent)

Experience:

Fresher or experienced candidates in

insurance sales / financial services / sales management

Skills:

Strong leadership and team management abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Target-driven and self-motivated Customer-focused and results-oriented
