Up to ?3 LPA (Fixed) + Incentives up to ?30,000 per month

Shift:

Flexible shifts with rotational weekly offs

Role Responsibilities:

Make outbound cold calls to promote insurance services Handle customer queries and provide relevant solutions Participate in telesales and customer acquisition activities Maintain records and follow up on leads Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction
Candidate Requirements:

Education: HSC or any Bachelor's degree Freshers and experienced candidates both welcome Good communication in English or any Indian regional language (Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam) Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment
