Job Title: Insurance Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell insurance products to prospective clients. Generate new leads through field visits, customer referrals, and market activities. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships. Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets. Provide after-sales service and ensure customer satisfaction.

Candidate Profile

Graduate in any discipline (mandatory). 1-3 years of experience in field sales/marketing (insurance or BFSI preferred). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-driven, ambitious, and target-oriented. Local candidates from Malda or nearby areas preferred.
