Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell

Health

and

Term Life Insurance

products to prospective clients. Identify customer needs, recommend suitable insurance solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction. Achieve assigned

monthly & quarterly sales targets

. Follow up with clients for policy renewals and cross-selling opportunities. Generate leads through

cold calls, referrals, and networking

. Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends. Ensure compliance with

IRDAI

and company guidelines in all sales processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications

1-2 years

of sales experience in life/health insurance or related financial products. Strong understanding of

health insurance

plans,

term life

policies, and financial products. Excellent

communication, negotiation, and interpersonal

skills. Ability to build trust and maintain

long-term client relationships

. Graduation preferred (any stream).

IRDAI license

preferred or willingness to obtain.
