Job Summary



As General Insurance Sales Executive, you will be the ultimate face of the business as the point of contact with clients for the General Insurance Department. You will be responsible for acquiring and managing High Net Worth relationships by delivering the best standards of services. Additionally, you have to nurture the sales force of the organization.

Key Responsibilities



Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: To work alongside a team of RMs and drive the General Insurance sales. Establish strong ties with clients by designing & implementing their financial plans, and then by ensuring that they receive and execute the right advice for wealth preservation. To have a knowledge-driven and sales-driven approach. To ensure zero practices of miss-selling and adulteration. Meeting the clients, selling our products and building relationships. Generating sales from various channels. Adherence to our company norms and values, integrity, passion for customer service - which will ensure an eye for a win - win solution to all transactions.

Qualifications & Skills



You have bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field. 3-4 years of hands-on experience in Banking/ Insurance/ Broking Industry. Must hold strong knowledge in Life & Non-life Insurance products. Persuasive salesperson, with strong technical knowledge. High business acumen. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic IT Skills. Must know how to retain a relationship
